Financial reporting in 2025

VR Group will publish its financial reports in 2025 as follows:

• Friday Feb 14, 2025: Financial Statements Release for the year 2024
• Wednesday May 7, 2025: Business Review for January-March 2025
• Friday August 15, 2025: Half-Year Review for January-June 2025
• Wednesday October 29, 2025: Business Review for January-September 2025.

The Annual Report for the year 2024, including the Report of the Board of Directors and the financial statements, will be published on week 13, 2025. It also includes Corporate Sustainability Report for the year 2024, Remuneration Policy and Remuneration Report, and Corporate Governance Statement.

VR-Group Plc's Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9, 2025.

VR Group’s financial reports will be published in Finnish and English and are available on the Group's website at www.vrgroup.fi after publication.
